- Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar and Grill requires a food and beverage minimum to reserve one of our private dining rooms.
- The food and beverage minimum applies to food and beverages only. Tax, gratuity, room charges, valet, administrative fees, equipment rental fees, audio visual charges, gift certificates, entertainment, etc., are NOT included in the minimum requirements.
- The food and beverage minimum is based on the size of the room, not the number of attendees.
- If it is required to hold a table outside of the private dining room for overflow guests, there will be an increase of $200 to the food and beverage minimum of the room.
- If the required minimum is not met in food and beverage, a charge will be added equaling the difference between the actual food and beverage total and the contracted room minimum.
- Gratuity and tax will be charged on unmet minimums with 3rd party billers.
Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar and Grill also requires that a non-refundable and non-transferrable room rental fee be charged when the reservation is booked.
Non-refundable and Non-transferable Room Rental Fee:
- VIP Room- $50
- Canal Room- $100
- Moore Room- $100
Preset menus must be chosen 24 hours prior to reservation. Otherwise, the defaulted selection Full Menu. Wine menus, preset menus, and full food menus are all subject to change.
Any damage to a private dining room may result in additional charges for repairs/cleaning service. The expense will be charged to the credit card on file.
Outside Audio Visual equipment is permitted and must be approved by the private dining coordinator beforehand.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing/email to the Director of Private Dining.
- Cancellations made more than seven days from the date of the event will not be charged.
- Cancellations made within seven days of the event will be charged the cancellation fee. (See below.)
- Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the event will be charged the food and beverage minimum.
- Cancellations made on the day of the event will be charged the full food and beverage minimum plus an automatic 20% gratuity.
